Hi, My name is Dave and my passion is health and fitness. I used to wake up some mornings and I couldn't walk properly. Some days I couldn't go to work since my back was so jammed up or worse, I couldn't pick up my son. It's a lingering reminder of the Afghan War and it's the biggest gift I could've ever been given and the reason why I wrote, The Nimble Warrior. Now, the bulk of my days are spent doing what I love to do which is train, build a buisness and play with my kids.
